Unpublished autographic letter dated On September 10 1860 of Alexandre Dumas (father) addressed to Angelo Cesaro greater of the National Guard of Announced Tower, and written about the back of a letter of Carapasso.
A. Dumas, turning to Cesaro the Carapasso written document, informs of him with own hand the availability of a schooner for the troops. The letter, of great rareness, also for the historical content, Neapolitan patriot comes from a rich correspondence completely addressed to Angelo Cesaro. They not all perhaps know that A. Dumas father, when volunteer was being in wandering Italy, announced to the enterprise of thousand of Garibaldi and was also appointed a sergeant of the cultural properties to Naples after the rejoining of the Garibaldian troops.
The dimensions of the sheet are 20,5 x 26, the half folded about which it writes Dumas measures 20,5 cm. x 13
